Dear Readers,

We've been in that room.
Together, we co-founded and ran a café "The Raydee Cafe". We watched firsthand how operational chaos steals the time that should be spent on the food and the people. We lived the broken supply chain, the manual billing, the missed orders, and the WhatsApp threads with suppliers that never quite resolved. We knew this problem from the inside.
Nexgrade exists because we believe it doesn't have to be this way.
We started with a simple question: what would India's café ecosystem look like if every layer was connected? If the supplier knew what the café needed before the café did. If customers could walk into their favourite coffee spot and pick up their order without a second of waiting. If the billing screen talked directly to the supply chain.
